Scott Rushton

Scott Rushton, MBA, CLU, ChFC, has over two decades of experience in sales training, career development, and estate planning. Currently serving as Manager of Sales Training and Career Development at Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company since 2007, Scott has held several key roles there, including Corporate Career Development Consultant and Estate Planning Specialist. Prior to this, experience includes positions at Colonial Life, Consultrix, IKON Office Solutions, and THE ROGUE AND GOOD COMPANY, LLC. Scott Rushton holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from the University of Mississippi, a Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University, and multiple financial designations from The American College of Financial Services.
