Heather Lee

Heather Lee holds multiple professional certifications, including AAP, CCUIA, CUERME, and CCUFC. Currently serving as the Director of Member Services at Southern Financial Exchange since October 2024, Heather has extensive experience in both auditing and marketing roles at CSE Federal Credit Union from July 2018 to September 2024. Previous positions include Executive Assistant at CHRISTUS Health, Marketing Assistant at First Federal Bank of LA, and Government and Public Affairs Intern at CITGO Petroleum. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Public Relations from McNeese State University and completed additional education through the Credit Union National Association.
