Hollis Andrews serves as the Digital Business Operations Manager for National Accounts at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing over 400 national on-premise customers in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Notable achievements include spearheading the adoption of an Ecommerce platform that resulted in over 79% Ecom Sales and 72% Ecom Invoicing. Prior experience spans various roles in the hospitality industry, including Front of House Manager at Olaf's Restaurant & Bar, and bartending positions at Truelove Bar and Kems Restaurant and Bar.
