Stephanie Silvestre

Stephanie Silvestre serves as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Atlantic Division at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, where leadership encompasses the Constellation Brands' portfolio. With a robust background in supply chain and operations, Stephanie has held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations Strategy and Vice President of Demand Planning, where a notable achievement includes launching the first regional distribution center in the United States. Prior experience includes strategic sourcing at GE Digital Energy and roles in materials management at General Electric. Stephanie holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and has completed programs at Harvard Business School in 2018 and 2022.
