Sarah Cecil

Sarah Cecil, MSA, is an experienced financial professional and entrepreneur. Currently serving as Controller at Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center and Owner of Hammer & Stain Princeton since late 2023, Sarah also operates as a Freelance Artist through Two Roads Grace, creating custom art and promoting designs at local festivals. From 2019 until December 2023, Sarah worked as Financial Controller at Raw Resources Group, overseeing comprehensive accounting functions and collaborating with the CFO to meet strategic goals. Previously, Sarah held instructional roles at Bluefield University and Bluefield State University, and managed HR and accounting at Recycle WV for seven years. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Marshall University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Charleston.
