Natalia Kosenko is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in interior design and retail space innovation. Currently serving as the Design Team Leader at Southern Hospitality Ltd since August 2022, Natalia previously held the position of Store Innovation Designer at Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited, where responsibilities included designing layouts for 83 retail locations and developing merchandising solutions. Prior roles include Digital Designer at Track DDB, where Natalia created digital content for prominent clients, and Founder of Tabby Interiors, specializing in residential interior projects. With a strong background at IKEA Group as an Interior Designer, Natalia has developed store layouts and customer journeys in multiple locations. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Creative Technologies from Media Design School and a PhD from Moscow Science Academy, alongside a BA in Interior Design from Moscow Institute of Technology.
