Heidi Chalklin

Heidi Chalklin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Heidi is currently working at Southern Housing as the Head of People Partners (Operations) since January 2023. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Senior HR Partner and Senior HR Services Manager at Southern Housing. Before joining Southern Housing, they worked as an HR Manager at Carers FIRST from November 2019 to November 2020. Heidi also served as an HR Business Partner at Moat Homes Limited from March 2015 to November 2019 and from January 2004 to March 2013. In addition, they worked as part of the Care Application Team at Consultus Care & Nursing Ltd from April 2013 to October 2013. Heidi started their career as an Administrator at Flir Systems in 2003 and later worked as an HR Administrator at RPS Rainer from 2001 to 2003. Heidi also held administrative roles at Institute of Financial Accountants from 2000 to 2001 and at Warners Solicitors from 1999 to 2001 as a Legal Secretary.

Heidi Chalklin completed a CIPD Level 5 degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at ICS Learn from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a CIPD degree in the same field from BBP Malpas between 2006 and 2009. Before pursuing these higher education degrees, Heidi completed a Diploma in Secretarial Skills within a Legal Environment at West Kent College from 1997 to 1999. Their secondary education took place at Bennett Memorial School from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, Heidi became a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals in 2013.
