Kathy Hanks has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Southern Illinois Healthcare since April 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resource Business Partner/Manager at General Cable, where responsibilities included supporting various functional departments and managing HR for over 200 employees, and as a Business Partner/Human Resources Manager/Owner at Geotherm Drilling Company, where financial and HR functions were directed and managed. Kathy also held HR supervisory roles at Nascote Industries and GS Metals. Academically, Kathy earned a B.A. in Political Science, History, and Secondary Education from Liberty University and Fort Hays State University, along with further education at The University of Kansas.
