Molly Hamilton

Molly Hamilton has extensive experience in various HR roles, including serving as the CHRO & VP of HR at Southern Illinois Healthcare. Molly also has experience in consulting services, organizational development, and county management. Molly holds a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development-Human Resource Development, an M.S. in Education, and a B.A. in Visual Communication.
