Lori Williams

Lori Williams has been working in higher education for over 20 years. Lori began their career as an office manager at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they were responsible for the department's budget, travel arrangements, and human resources. In 2016, they were promoted to associate provost of external relations at Southern Illinois University. In this role, they oversee the university's marketing and communications efforts.

Lori Williams has an Associate in Applied Sciences from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in Office Systems Specialties. Lori also has a certification from the State of Illinois in Pharmacy Technician.

Lori Williams reports to Jerry Kruse, Dean & Provost CEO SIU Medicine. They work with Harold Smith - Executive Director, Development, Debra Klamen - Senior Associate Dean, Education & Curriculum, and Harald Lausen - Associate Dean, Clinical Affairs & Population Health & Chief Medical Officer.
