Xiaoqing Liu

Xiaoqing "Frank" Liu is currently working as the Dean and Professor at the College of Engineering, Computing, Technology, and Mathematics at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Prior to this, they were a Professor and Department Head at the University of Arkansas, Department of Computer Science and Computer Engineering. Additionally, Liu held the position of Professor and Interim Computer Science Department Chair at the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
