William Elliott Rushton

William Elliott Rushton is an experienced rigging professional with a strong background in construction management. Currently serving as a Rigging Superintendent at Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. since April 2023, Rushton previously held multiple roles at A&A Transfer, Inc. from August 2014, including Rigging Supervisor/Project Manager and Rigging Foreman, responsible for managing daily jobs and projects. Rushton also gained valuable experience as a Rigging Apprentice while majoring in Construction Management at East Carolina University, where a minor in Business Administration was obtained. Early career experiences include serving as a Warehouse Foreman at McCombs Steel Company, INC and a Summer Intern at R.R.
