Becca Reilly

Becca Reilly, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Becca began their career at WESSCO International as an Events Planner & Sales Assistant from an unknown start date until 1995. Becca then joined American Retirement Corporation as an Executive Assistant from March 1997 to June 2000. Following that, they worked at IASIS Healthcare as a Human Resources Coordinator from June 2000 to June 2002. Becca's most recent and current role is at Southern Land Company, where they have held various positions starting in June 2002. Becca started as a Director of Human Resources and is currently serving as the Senior Director, People & Culture. The Southern Land Company is involved in creating residential developments with a focus on community living.

Becca Reilly, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Louisiana State University from 1985 to 1987. In 2007, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
