Rachel Parks

Rachel Parks is a seasoned professional in the architecture and construction industry, currently serving as Development Manager at Southern Land Company since May 2022. Previously, Rachel held the position of Senior Project Manager at Dranoff Properties from September 2019 to May 2022 and at Suffolk Construction from October 2014 to September 2019, where involvement included the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences project in Boston. With a strong focus on integrating design and construction practices, Rachel also contributed as Senior VDC Manager at Suffolk Construction, utilizing BIM technology to enhance project delivery. Early career roles included Project Designer and Graphic Illustrator at SOSH Architects from June 2005 to October 2014. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Furniture Design from the University of the Arts.
