Robb Frye

Robb Frye is an experienced real estate and development professional with a strong background in acquisitions and leasing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Acquisitions at Southern Land Company since December 2011, Robb is responsible for identifying and cultivating residential, mixed-use, and commercial development opportunities across the Southeastern United States. Prior to this role, Robb worked at Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial as a Leasing & Sales Associate, focusing on retail and mixed-use developments in Downtown San Diego. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Acquisitions Manager at Lennar Urban, where Robb identified development opportunities and managed various acquisition processes. Additionally, Robb held the position of Leasing & Marketing Associate/Analyst at Ritzen Group, Inc. Robb holds a B.S. degree with a double major in Finance and Economics from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and is a graduate of Brentwood High School.
