Ronan Kearney

Ronan Kearney, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, operations, and leadership. Ronan has held several senior-level roles throughout their career.

Starting in 2023, Ronan joined Southern Land Company as the Senior Vice President and Head of Property Management. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Beam Living from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they were a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and overseeing daily operations at Stuyvesant Town & Peter Cooper Village, accommodating almost 30,000 residents.

Before joining Beam Living, Ronan worked at The Brodsky Organization from 2012 to 2021. During this time, they held various positions, including Director of Management, Operations & Staffing, Director of Management, and Property Manager. Their responsibilities included managing multiple properties, facilitating management transitions, and opening new construction projects.

Prior to their time at The Brodsky Organization, Ronan worked at Rose Associates and Ogden CAP Properties, LLC, where they gained experience in property management and oversaw operations and personnel at residential complexes.

In addition to their property management roles, Ronan has also worked in the entertainment industry as an Assistant House Manager at The Town Hall and as an Event Manager/Security Consultant at Concert Security Services.

Ronan Kearney, MBA, has a diverse education history. Ronan obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, and Economics from SUNY Empire State College in 2011. In 2012, they earned a Professional Certificate in Residential Property Management from New York University. Ronan later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Binghamton University School of Management, graduating in 2015. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies in Philosophy, Politics, and Law at Binghamton University from 1997 to 2001. Furthermore, Ronan attended the United Nations International School from 1993 to 1997, focusing on Philosophy, Anthropology, and Theory of Knowledge.

In terms of additional certifications, Ronan Kearney obtained a Real Estate Broker license from the New York State Department of State in 2016. Ronan also holds a Certificate in Residential Property Management from NYU School of Professional Studies, earned in 2014. Additionally, Ronan is recognized as an Owner Representative by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
