Carly Williams

Carly Williams is a seasoned consultant and leader with extensive experience in organizational strategy, project management, and community engagement. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Fiddlehead Strategies since January 2023, Carly partners with nonprofits and small businesses in Maine. Concurrently, Carly serves in various roles at the Southern Maine Agency on Aging, including Consultant for Volunteer Services and Program Manager for the Community Connections Project. Previous leadership positions include Director of Operations & Strategy at Panorama Education, where Carly significantly enhanced client success strategies during rapid growth, and Program Manager at GirlSportWorks, empowering Peruvian girls through sports. Carly's educational background includes a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Rochester and study at Trinity College Dublin.
