Spencer Dunford

Spencer Dunford has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Sales Manager at Thoroughbred Motors. From 2013 to 2015, they served as General Manager at Hidden Harbor Marina, overseeing various operations and managing a team. Spencer then worked as a Controller at BP Construction, where they handled financial and accounting operations. In 2016, Dunford became a Harbor Master at Loggerhead Club and Marina, responsible for marina operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Spencer joined Suntex Marinas in 2017, initially working as a Florida Operations Support Manager, supporting business development and implementation. Later, they became a Business Operations Manager, where they played a key role in expanding support capabilities and driving revenue. In 2022, Dunford joined Windward Marina Group as the Senior Vice President of Marina Operations before transitioning to their current role as Senior Vice President Operations at Southern Marinas in 2023.

Spencer Dunford pursued their education in Finance, starting with an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Finance at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 2009 to 2012. Spencer then furthered their studies at the University of South Florida from 2012 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, specializing in General Finance.
