Heather Mendiola

Heather Mendiola is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in housing law and litigation. Currently serving as the Lead Attorney for Metro Housing at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc., Heather has previously held key roles including HCV Manager at Minneapolis Public Housing Authority and Litigation Counsel at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, where Heather advocated for clients in various legal matters. Heather's background includes multiple positions within Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, including Senior Housing Attorney and Housing Staff Attorney, as well as experience in academia as Associate Faculty in Paralegal Studies at National American University. Heather holds a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an MBA from Hamline University, and a B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College.
