Lara Otsuka

Lara Otsuka has a diverse work experience spanning several fields. Lara is currently serving as the Director of Business Administration at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. Prior to this role, Lara worked at United Way St. Croix Valley, where they held various positions including Operations Manager, Community Impact Coordinator, and Success By 6 Engagement Specialist. Earlier in their career, Lara worked as an Attorney at both Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, where they focused on litigating medical malpractice, product liability, and other commercial disputes. Lara also has experience as a Reporter at Suburban Life Publications.

Lara Otsuka has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Chico. Lara later pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
