Madeline Jones

Madeline Jones currently serves as a Staff Attorney at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Madeline held various editorial positions with the Michigan State International Law Review, including Notes and Comments Editor and Associate Editor, and worked as a Legal Research Assistant with Harvard STRIPED. Madeline gained practical experience through internships, including a Legal Intern position at the Battered Women's Justice Project and a Law Clerk role at the Michigan Advocacy Program, focusing on providing legal support to clients from low-income backgrounds who have experienced domestic violence. Other experiences include serving as a Public Resources Executive Chair at Truman State University Women's Resource Center, managing social media accounts, and conducting alumni outreach as a Tel-Alumni Caller. Madeline earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Michigan State University College of Law in 2023 and a Bachelor's degree in English from Truman State University in 2020.
