Karoliene Oswalt

Karoliene Oswalt has extensive experience in human resources and administration, with a career spanning over three decades. At Southern Motion Inc from August 2019 to April 2023, Karoliene held multiple roles including HRIS Systems/Benefits Administrator, SFI UKG Administrator & Training Manager, and Human Resources Manager for Plant #1. Prior experience includes serving as DECS/Pathway Coordinator/ECA Accountability, Director of the SNAP E&T Pilot Grant, and Director of Workforce Development & Training at Itawamba Community College between July 2014 and July 2019.
