Scott Marsee

Scott Marsee serves as the Vice President for Learning and Innovation at Southern Nazarene University, a role held since 2024, after previously working as the Associate Vice President for Instructional Strategies. Marsee has extensive experience in academia, including current adjunct faculty positions at Indiana Wesleyan University and Nazarene Bible College, along with prior adjunct roles at Trevecca Nazarene University. Significant administrative experience includes serving as Academic Dean at Ohio Christian University and various instructional roles within the institution. Marsee's professional background also encompasses instructional design and pastoral positions within the Church of the Nazarene. Academic credentials include a PhD in Education from Capella University, a post-master's certificate in College Teaching, and a master’s degree in World Missions and Evangelism from Asbury Theological Seminary, along with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Asbury University.
