Jason Frame has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Jason served as the Chief Information Officer at Southern Nevada Health District, overseeing the IT department and providing strategic planning for information systems. Prior to that, Jason worked as a Software Engineer Supervisor, where they guided the development of custom applications and web services using various technologies. Jason also has experience as an Independent IT Consultant, specializing in Open Source technologies and Microsoft languages. Additionally, Jason has held roles such as Director of Stewardship at Central Christian Church, Senior Project Manager at Applied Systems Consultants, Inc, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Jason Frame completed their education at the UNLV Lee Business School, where they earned an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems Management from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications, including "M102: MongoDB for DBAs" and "M101: MongoDB for Developers" from 10Gen in March 2013 and December 2012 respectively. Jason also became a Titanium Certified App Developer from Appcelerator in March 2013.

This mission of the Health District is, “To assess, protect, and promote the health, the environment, and the well-being of Southern Nevada communities, residents, and visitors.” To this end, the Health District offers services and provides regulatory supervision that impact the public every day – from the food they eat and the water they drink, to the public establishments they visit, the businesses they operate and the requirements they must meet in order to work in certain industries such as food service and child care.
