Lynda McCloskey

Lynda McCloskey is a highly experienced nursing professional with a robust background in community health and quality assurance, currently serving as a Per Diem Community Health Nurse at the Southern Nevada Health District since 2021. In this role, Lynda provides COVID-19 services and promotes health and wellness for Southern Nevadans and visitors. Prior experience includes a Contract RN position at Maxim Healthcare, where duties involved the assessment of immunization records, and a lengthy tenure at the Southern Nevada Health District, managing compliance for immunization providers as a Quality Assurance Nurse. Lynda has held various positions in urgent care and outpatient management, including Ambulatory and Outpatient Care Manager at UMC Health System. Lynda's foundational nursing education includes a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Troy University and a BS in Science and Nursing from California State University-San Bernardino.
