Elizabeth Kastrinelis

Elizabeth Kastrinelis is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as an Acute Care Case Manager at Southern New Hampshire Health since January 2023. Previously, Elizabeth held positions as an Occupational Therapist at CPTE Senior Therapy Services, New England Sinai Hospital, and Kindred Healthcare, where responsibilities included leading the occupational therapy department and providing therapeutic interventions for diverse patient populations. Elizabeth's clinical experience commenced with Level One and Level Two Fieldwork at various facilities, developing skills in cognitive behavioral therapy, discharge planning, and sensory integration interventions.
