Al Burton came to Southern NH Services in 2010 after 28 years as a Security Business Systems Analyst in the private sector.
Al has taken on and mastered many positions in the Housing program to include Maintenance Technician, Office Assistant, Office Manager, Nashua Area Coordinator, and Facilities Supervisor. He is a Certified Occupancy Specialist and Certified Tax Credit Specialist.
By 2019 SNHS had acquired thirty-one housing sites necessitating two Housing Directors. Al’s knowledge built over his almost ten years at the agency makes him a great fit for the Housing Director South position.
