Amanda Presswood

Amanda Presswood, PhD, currently serves as the Writing Center Coordinator at Hope College, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Amanda worked at Brandeis University as a Writing Instructor for the Myra Kraft Transitional Year Program and as a Lecturer. Amanda's experience includes adjunct professorship at Dean College and composition instruction at UMass Boston, complemented by extensive tutoring experience and leadership roles in various writing programs and organizations. Amanda holds a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition from Florida State University, along with a Master's Degree in English from UMass Boston and a Bachelor's Degree in English from Dean College.
