Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in General Education Social Justice at Southern New Hampshire University since April 2024. Previously, Eric held the position of Senior Program Manager for DEI and Culture at Papa John's, where responsibilities included developing inclusion councils and supporting the company's DEI strategy. Eric's expertise also includes serving as Director of Culture & Inclusion at VNS Health, where strategic design and implementation of DEIB initiatives were prioritized, and working as a DEI Consultant at The Cee Suite, LLC, focusing on resolving DEI challenges for various clients. Further experience includes the role of Director of Inclusion and Engagement at Breaking Ground, where efforts were made to promote an inclusive culture throughout the organization. Eric holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Florida State University and has further education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
