Rebecca Hoey

Rebecca Hoey has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Attraction, Branding, and Diversity at Southern New Hampshire University since April 2019. Previous roles at Southern New Hampshire University include Associate Vice President for Talent Attraction and Diversity, as well as Associate Vice President for HR Operations and Services. Rebecca's background also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Concord Hospital from July 2009 to March 2019, and a tenure in HR Employment and Employee Relations at Bassett Healthcare from September 1997 to July 2009. Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from William James College and a Bachelor's Degree from Binghamton University.
