Ricardo Scarello

Dr. Ricardo Scarello is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and computer science, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University since February 2023 and as a Senior Software Developer Subject Matter Expert with Koniag Government Services since November 2022, leading modernization efforts for the Army. Previously, Dr. Scarello held roles including TEM Adjunct at Bossier Parish Community College, Software Developer Advisor at General Dynamics Information Technology, where Dr. Scarello was the Lead Software Developer for the ServiceNOW modernization project, and Senior Software Developer supporting the Environmental Protection Agency. Dr. Scarello's career began as a Systems Analyst at Custom PC Solutions, with a foundation as a Help Desk Technician at Mount Wachusett Community College. Dr. Scarello holds a PhD in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands, a Master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor's degree from Fitchburg State University, and an Associate's degree from Mount Wachusett Community College.
