Ryan Aldrich

Ryan Aldrich, M.S., CESP™, is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in psychology, employment services, and organizational development. Currently serving as an adjunct faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University and as a principal consultant at Mission501 Consulting LLC, Ryan focuses on enhancing engagement and professional development within non-profit organizations. As a national board member and secretary for the Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst, Ryan advocates for competitive employment for individuals with disabilities. Previous roles include program director and manager at neba, co-owner of Aldrich Imaging, and site supervisor at Goodwill of Western & Northern Connecticut. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Learning & Organizational Change from Baylor University.
