Susan Nathan

Susan Nathan is the current Chief Experience Officer at Southern New Hampshire University. Susan has extensive experience in financial services and debt management, having served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at American Student Assistance for over twenty years. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the student experience, from admissions to financial aid to student success. Susan is also a member of the university's executive team and works closely with the president to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Susan Nathan received their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Brown University.
