Marleen Gonzalez has been working at Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative since July 2002 as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. Marleen is responsible for overseeing recruitment, hiring procedures, employee benefits programs, and human resource policies. Prior to this role, Marleen worked at Oki Data Americas, Inc. from July 1996 to January 2001 as an Administrative Assistant, where Marleen assisted the Vice President of Latin America Sales with various tasks. Marleen obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources from Peirce College in Philadelphia in 2011.

Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative

The Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative is the state-licensed Maternal and Child Health Consortium serving the seven county region of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties. For more than 40 years, the agency has been on the frontlines of building a healthier region for families and children. The Cooperative works closely with policymakers, healthcare providers, government agencies and individuals to develop strategies that improve the system of care. From public health education to case management and provider training, the Cooperative improves the health of families through a comprehensive set of programs that address critical issues such as infant mortality, smoking cessation, lead poisoning, perinatal substance use, postpartum depression and more. In 2002, the Cooperative established its subsidiary agency, Family Health Initiatives. The Cooperative maintains offices in Pennsauken, Camden and Absecon, New Jersey.
