Katherine Clayton

Katherine Clayton has lived in the Rogue Valley for almost 40 years and has worked with children and families for 25 years. With a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood Education from Southern Oregon University, Katherine prides herself on connecting with the local community. Her favorite thing about working for Head Start is working with children and families, and watching them grow and be part of our community. “Children’s early years set the course for the rest of their lives,” Clayton says. She explains that, “Southern Oregon Head Start works diligently with parents to support them in becoming effective advocates, models, and teachers for their children.” Katherine Clayton is proud to be involved with Head Start, an organization that plays an important role in ensuring that all children have what they need to succeed.
