Andrew Beach

Andrew Beach, PHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Southern Orthodontic Partners, where responsibilities include providing strategic, operational, and administrative support to orthodontic professionals. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of HR and Director of HR at Upperline Health, where foundational HR infrastructure was established during significant company growth. Andrew's career also encompasses roles at Valeo as an HR Generalist, where HR management responsibilities were expanded, and at Kellogg Company as a Labor Relations Advisor. Early career experiences include HR positions at JBM Envelope Co. and ZF Rubber & Plastics Hebron. Andrew holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Organizational Leadership with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati.
