Wes Lee

Wes Lee possesses extensive experience in safety management and human resources within the electric utility industry. Currently serving as District Manager at Southern Pine Electric since October 2016, Wes has held various roles including Director of Safety and Human Resources, as well as Director of Safety and Compliance. Prior to this, Wes served as Assistant Vice President of Safety and Loss Control and Instructor at the Electric Power Associations of Mississippi from July 2012 to October 2016. Wes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management, Insurance, and Financial Planning from Mississippi State University and has completed an MBA in Human Resources Management at Delta State University. Additionally, Wes has participated in the Management Internship Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Loss Control Professional in Occupational Safety and Health.
