Nicolas Barton

Nicolas Barton currently serves as the Executive Director at the Southern Plains Tribal Health Board since July 2019. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Program Director at the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Substance Abuse Program for a brief period in 2019 and served as the Executive Director of Health for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes from January 2014 to April 2019. Earlier in their career, Nicolas worked as the Financial Coordinator and Administrative Support for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Substance Abuse Program from June 2004 to December 2013. Academically, Nicolas earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2012, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution in 2010, an Associate's degree in General Studies from Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal College in 2008, and has attended the University of Oklahoma from 2000 to 2003.
