Nadia Salazar Sandi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community outreach, event logistics, and project coordination. Currently serving as a Bilingual Community Outreach Advocate at the Southern Poverty Law Center and an Organizing Institute Apprentice at the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, Nadia has demonstrated a strong commitment to social justice and advocacy since 2015. As the Project Planning and Administrative Coordinator for United We Dream, responsibilities include managing logistics for events, developing tracking systems for contracts and budgets, and advising on communications strategies. Prior roles include logistics organizer and student assistant at the Universities at Shady Grove, and marketplace intern at Empowered Women International. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
