Connie Lester

Connie Lester is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and literacy training, currently serving as a Leadership Coach and Literacy Trainer/Coach for the Southern Regional Education Board since April 2012. Previously, Connie held roles at the Kentucky Department of Education as Branch Manager of Innovative Strategies and as Division Director for Highly Skilled Educators and Scholastic Audits. Connie has also contributed to the Southern Regional Education Board as a Literacy Consultant and served as a Highly Skilled Educator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in English from Cumberland College and advanced degrees in Secondary Education from Morehead State University, including Rank I certification and a Master’s degree.
