Connie Luper, Ed.D., is a seasoned education professional currently serving as a Senior School Improvement Coach at the Southern Regional Education Board since September 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Leadership Coach at NC New Schools / Breakthrough Learning from 2013 to April 2016 and Assistant Superintendent at Nash Rocky Mount Schools from July 2008 to June 2013. Connie Luper holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from East Carolina University, and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from East Carolina University.
