Felicia Cumings Smith

Felicia Cumings Smith is the Vice Chair at the SOUTHERN REGIONAL EDUCATION BOARD. Felicia has dedicated their career to education, holding various positions such as Associate Commissioner at the Kentucky Department of Education, Principal at the Montgomery County Area Technology Center, and Academic Consultant for Business & Marketing Education at the Kentucky Office of Career and Technical Education. Felicia Cumings Smith has also worked as a Business & Marketing Education Teacher at both the Madison County Area Technology Center and Bryan Station High School.

Felicia Cumings Smith earned a Doctor of Education from the University of Kentucky in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Felicia also holds a Master of Education from Eastern Kentucky University in Educational Administration and Supervision, as well as a Master of Arts from Cumberland College in Secondary Education and Teaching. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cumberland College.
