Joseph Tadlock

Joseph Tadlock, PhD, serves as a Senior Researcher at the Southern Regional Education Board since January 2017. Previously, Joseph led a team focused on educator effectiveness at the South Carolina Department of Education from July 2013 to December 2016. Prior to that, Joseph worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University from June 2010 to July 2013 and as a Special Education Teacher for Richmond City Public Schools from August 2009 to June 2012. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology, both from Virginia Commonwealth University.
