Melinda Sosa has over two decades of experience in the field of informatics and support engineering. Prior to this role, Melinda worked as a Support Engineer at Bisys Document Solutions from September 1999 to December 2001 and gained foundational experience as an Office Associate/Project Manager at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from June 1991 to August 1997. Melinda earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham between 1987 and 1994.
