David Pauley

David Pauley is an accomplished procurement specialist with a strong background in managing government contracts and travel management services. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Specialist at the Earthquake Commission since November 2019, David has previously held positions at the Canterbury District Health Board and the Ministry of Business Innovation & Employment, where responsibilities included overseeing All-of-Government contracts for air travel and fleet vehicles. Earlier experiences as a Client Relationship Manager and Account Manager at Tandem Travel and American Express Global Business Travel further developed David's skills in account management and cost reduction strategies. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Canterbury and a Graduate Diploma in Meeting and Event Planning from CPIT.
