David Pauley is an accomplished procurement specialist with a strong background in managing government contracts and travel management services. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Specialist at the Earthquake Commission since November 2019, David has previously held positions at the Canterbury District Health Board and the Ministry of Business Innovation & Employment, where responsibilities included overseeing All-of-Government contracts for air travel and fleet vehicles.
