Frank B.

Frank B. currently serves as the Senior Vice President of the VaPBA, Norfolk Chapter at the Southern States Police Benevolent Association. Prior to this role, Frank held various positions within the City of Norfolk Police Department from 2002 to 2022, ranging from Police Officer to Police Detective. Additionally, Frank served as a Training NCO in the Virginia Army National Guard, overseeing training protocols and ensuring operational readiness standards were met. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Science from American Military University.
