Halsey Keats

Halsey Keats currently serves as VP of Analytics and previously held the position of Director of Business Intelligence at Southern States TOYOTAlift, where significant contributions included the development of a mass customization capability for fleet reporting, generating over $16M in sales in 2016. Keats has a robust background in military operations, having worked at USCENTCOM as Senior Counterterrorism Joint Planner and Director of Sensitive Military Plans, as well as serving as the Director of Operations and Support Branch at OPNAV ACNO NGEN. Additional experience includes executive roles at the Joint Staff and in the US Navy, culminating in leadership of a Sea Control Squadron. Academic credentials include an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management, and a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies, alongside a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science.
