Kurt Kleefeld

Kurt Kleefeld is an experienced education and program management professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Programs and Mobile Services at Southern Tier AIDS Program, Inc., and as the Regional Program Coordinator for the MATTERS Network, both since December 2021. Prior roles include Program Manager at Unity House of Cayuga County Inc., Mathematics Teacher in the Syracuse City School District, Lead Science Teacher at the MOST - Milton J.
