Joy Stalker

Joy Stalker possesses extensive experience in health promotion and navigation services, currently serving as a NY State of Health Navigator and Facilitated Enroller at Southern Tier Independence Center since January 2015. Prior to this role, Joy contributed to the YMCA of Broome County as a Chronic Disease Specialist from February 2013 to September 2014. Additionally, Joy was the Director of Health Promotion at Rural Health Network of SCNY from 2001 to 2013, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to improving health outcomes in the community.
