Benjamin Rydzewski

Benjamin Rydzewski is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in fiber optic construction. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Southern Tier Network Inc. since July 2021, Benjamin previously held various roles at Lantek Companies, including Project Manager, from May 2016 to July 2021. Earlier in the career, Benjamin worked at Time Warner Cable for nearly nine years, holding multiple positions such as Splicing Manager, Fiber Optic Splicer, and Field Tech 5, where responsibilities included installation and troubleshooting of cable, internet, phone, and security systems. Benjamin graduated from Brighton High School in 2006 with a high school diploma.
